Ingredients
1 cup chopped Smoked Chicken Thighs
1 – 2 heads Romaine lettuce, rinsed and rough chopped
1/2 – 1 cup homemade Croutons, or your favorite brand
1/2 cup shaved Parmigiano
1-2 tbsp fresh Caesar Dressing , or your favorite brand
Salt to taste
Lots of Black pepper, or to taste
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, optional
Method
Divide the lettuce between two dinner bowles and toss with just enough dressing to lightly coat the lettuce leaves. Top with the smoked chicken, croutons, shaved Parmigiano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, if using. Drizzle additional dressing, if desired. Serve immediately.
