Instant ramen can be just that: instant. OR, you can add a couple minutes worth of prep and really transport yourself into a bowl of slurp worthy perfection that tastes like you spent all day in front of the stove!
1 box Akuan Chongqing Hot and Sour Noodles
2 cups water
1 cup chopped spinach
1 tsp ground ginger powder
1 poached egg
1 tbsp fried chili in oil or to taste
Bring the water to boil in a soup pot. Add all the flavor packets and dried noodles to the boiling water along with the powdered ginger. Add in the spinach and stir until just wilted. Turn off the heat and serve immediately. Garnish with the chili oil and poached egg, if desired.
