The below subpages are an ever evolving collection of the restaurants that either make me want to sop up the experience offered again like a starving farm hand going after a plate of biscuits and gravy or they have that one thing on their menu so phenomenally unique that I just can’t find it anywhere else. For me dining out is a symphony of culinary sensations and inspirations and I’m either giddy with delight or sulking with disappointment. For a restaurant to make my list, the food and experience must send my toes a tapping in merriment under the table. Call me a food snob, if you must, but what I prize more than anything is quality of ingredients and flavor.
